If you run into an issue or need assistance, you can quickly send a request to the xMagic team—no support ticket system required.

How to request help

  1. Go to the bottom-left corner of xMagic.
  2. Click on the question mark (?) icon.

Help dropdown options

  1. Select Request Help from the menu.
  2. Fill out the request form:

  1. Click Submit. A confirmation banner will appear.

What happens next?

  • Your help request is sent directly to the xMagic support team.
  • We review within 24 hours on business days.
  • If clarification is needed, we’ll contact you at the email you provided.
  • Urgent issues are prioritized immediately; other requests are resolved as soon as possible.
