If you run into an issue or need assistance, you can quickly send a request to the xMagic team—no support ticket system required.

How to request help
- Go to the bottom-left corner of xMagic.
- Click on the question mark (?) icon.
- Select Request Help from the menu.
- Fill out the request form:

Describe the issue | Explain what you need help with—steps, context, or screenshots. |
- Click Submit. A confirmation banner will appear.
What happens next?
- Your help request is sent directly to the xMagic support team.
- We review within 24 hours on business days.
- If clarification is needed, we’ll contact you at the email you provided.
- Urgent issues are prioritized immediately; other requests are resolved as soon as possible.
