Threads lists every conversation that comes in through your public agent link.
Make an agent public โ†’ share the URL โ†’ each visitor session shows up here.


Find itโ€‹

  1. Open your Agent.
  2. Click Threads in the left sidebar.

What the table showsโ€‹

ColumnMeaning
UserName or Visitor if anonymous.
TypeChannel used (web chat, phone, voice etc.).
No. of messagesMessage count in the thread.
Created / Last activeFirst and most recent timestamps.
JobsJob(s) that handled the request.
ActionClick View to open the transcript.

  • Only public/external chats appear here. Internal tests live under Interact โ†’ History.
