Beta availability:
We are currently rolling out xMagic to a limited number of early adopters. Follow the steps below to join the program and help shape the future of conversational AI on xMagic.
Why Join the Beta?
- Early Feature Access – Use the newest Agent, Job, and Tool capabilities before general release.
- Direct Influence – Share feedback that drives our roadmap.
- Priority Support – Enjoy faster response times from our product team.
Eligibility Requirements

| Active Account | You must have a registered xMagic account (free or paid). |
| Use-Case Description | Provide a brief summary of how you plan to use xMagic. |
| Agreement to NDA | Beta features are confidential; you’ll sign a non-disclosure agreement. |
How to Request Access
- Sign in to your existing xMagic account.
- Navigate to Settings → Beta Programs.
- Click Request Access next to xMagic Beta.
- Fill out the short form:
- Company / Organization
- Intended use case
- Estimated number of beta users
- Review and accept the Beta NDA.
- Click Submit.
You’ll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If approved, beta features will appear automatically the next time you sign in.
Approval Timeline

If demand is high, we may place your request on a waiting list. You’ll be notified by email.
Providing Feedback
Once you have beta access, a “Beta Feedback” widget will appear at the bottom-right of every page in xMagic Studio. Use it to:
- Report bugs
- Suggest improvements
- Request additional beta features
You can also email us at beta@xmagic.ai with screenshots, logs, or detailed feedback.
Opting Out
You may leave the beta at any time:
- Open Settings → Beta Programs.
- Click Leave Beta.
- Confirm your choice.
Your workspace will revert to the latest stable release, and any beta-only data will be archived for 30 days.
